The Spa at Shula's

The Spa at Shula’s is located adjacent to Shula’s Hotel and 1/2 mile from Hotel Indigo in Miami Lakes. Serene & simple, this Miami day spa has utilized slate, mosaic tiles and bamboo woods in its design.

The day spa uses AVEDA products exclusively and is one of only a few AVEDA Spas in Florida. In keeping with Ayravedic traditions, all treatments are referred to as rituals and most will end with the ringing of ting shaws. Each ritual will commence by the client completing a balancing profile to determine individual needs. Shula’s Hotel along with The Spa at Shula’s is the perfect intimate spa resort.

Shula's Athletic Club

Shula’s Athletic Club has been one of South Florida’s premier fitness & wellness centers since 1982. The club is over 40,000 square feet and includes a cardio room with 50 pieces of the latest exercise equipment, 9 lighted tennis courts, spinning center, mind body center, weight rooms and kids club.

The club offers more than 80 scheduled fitness classes per week ranging from power Pilates to kick boxing. Shula’s Athletic Club is just steps from the hotel and is complimentary for all hotel guests.
